Hi all!
Regarding 2FA: There's no separate app for 2FA. When you activate it, you'll receive several backup codes. It's crucial to save these codes somewhere you can always access. A secure note-taking app like Google Keep could be a good option for this.
About server security: Changing the default port (80 or 8080) to a custom one is an excellent practice. This makes your Password Manager less discoverable online, which is a significant security boost. It's surprising that many other self-hosted Password Manager guides don't mention this powerful tip.
Most important warning: There's no backdoor to recover 2FA keys. If you forget or lose them, you'll lose access to your passwords. These keys are encrypted for additional security.
Remember, this is YOUR Password Manager. The more steps you take to secure it, the better protected your sensitive information will be. Always prioritize the safe storage of your backup codes and 2FA keys.
